Each year, Shared Planet welcomes inspirational speakers from across the world and 2008 will be no exception:

Choose from 39 different workshops covering a range of topics:

  • Skills workshops like: Sustainable living, non-violent direct action, media training, fundraising ideas, using the internet for campaigning…

  • Issues in more depth and detail: Tax justice, development education, funding the fossil fuel industry, the politics of thinking green, the right to health and AIDS treatment, the UK Asylum system, African Renaissance in South Africa…

  • And some fun, hands-on ones too, like guerilla gardening and climate art projects.
