Join the DoNation Challenge for Go Green Week

People & Planet has teamed up with DoNation for Go Green Week 2013
We’re busy planning the biggest and best Go Greek Week yet, our annual national week of action on climate change in schools, colleges and universities. From 11-17 February 2013 students will be holding a week of activities to raise awareness and launch practical projects to showcase practical solutions for a low-carbon future. Last year over 140 schools, colleges and universities took part, inspiring over 20,000 students and staff to take action to prevent climate change.
We’ve teamed up with the DoNation for Go Green Week 2013 so that staff and students can make pledges to cut carbon. Using the simple Go Green Week pledge site, you can ask fellow students and staff to make personal climate pledges to do simple, green actions. Together we’ll try to collect as many carbon-saving pledges as possible and at the end of the week you’ll be able to see how much carbon your university has saved.
Your lecturer might choose to pledge to cycle to work or your friend might decide to draught proof their student house; there are over 35 green actions to choose from and they all help you to cut carbon. Sign your University up now and get collecting pledges!
Key Actions for Go Green Week 2013
