Set up an Energy Action Group

First, you need a good team to take on the challenge and push the school or college to clean up its energy use. You will need a good mix of students, teachers and non-teaching staff such as the caretaker/estates manager. You should aim to meet at least once a term to plan activities and measure the impact.
