Festival volunteers work 3 or 4 shifts in exchange for a free festival ticket. You’ll have the rest of the time off to enjoy the festival. Your shifts could be at any time of the day or night.

The Big Chill stewards work 3 x 8-hour shifts and get a free festival ticket, 6 meal vouchers and if you live more than 25 miles from the festival you get £25 travel expenses.

Glastonbury stewards work 3 shifts and get a free festival ticket.

Bar workers at Latitude, Reading and Leeds work 3 shifts and get a free festival ticket.

Bar workers at Glastonbury work 4 shifts and get a free festival ticket.
