Why?
Because students like you choose the campaigns that we run. This makes us stand out from other campaigning organisations.
Also you can expect RBS-Natwest AGM action planning, a party and meeting fellow P&P students. Perfect.
How much does it cost?
The Forum is free for students. It costs People & Planet £15,000 to put on and we subsidise all of this because democracy is key to our organisation and therefore important we get as many students to attend as possible.
So, if you can donate anything (from your SU perhaps) towards P&P to help us put on fantastic events like The Forum, it would help a lot and goes a long way.
Who can go?
A maximum of 5 students per group can go, this is because we want to make representation from different universities as fair as possible. Volunteers like Campaign Advocates and Regional Reps are exempt from this. Two proposers per Forum proposal may attend outside of their group quota. When booking as a proposer please put this in brackets after your name on the booking form.
Where is it?
It’s at the University of Cardiff this year.
Is there a booking deadline?
Yes - March 9th.
NB. There are lots of important decisions to be made and it is important to stay until the end of the event on Sunday if possible as we will be announcing some of the results at the end, so take note of this when booking your transport.
