What to bring
- ID - you’ll need this to buy alcohol at the party.
- A sleeping mat and bag. It may be cold so please bring warm things to sleep in.
- A torch may also be handy.
- A toothbrush and washing things.
Booking your place and registration
Anyone involved with People & Planet at school, college or university is welcome to attend the Forum. Larger groups are encouraged to send up to 5 members to represent them. All places are free! Volunteers, such as Campaign Advocates, Regional Reps, Media and Communications volunteers don’t count in the 5 and can be extra.

At the event registration will be open Friday evening 7pm-11pm and Saturday 9-10am.
Accommodation
We arrange heaps of floor space for sleeping. Remember you need to let us know if you need accommodation when you book.
You will need to bring a sleeping bag and you’ll be more comfortable if you bring a sleeping mat and pillow, too.
Getting to the Forum
A useful link for all public transport connections is traveline.org.uk
Train - Check thetrainline.com or nationalrail.co.uk. Book early for cheap tickets!
Coach - National Express runs services to London.
The Megabus is really cheap and has services to London from most big cities.
Food
There are plenty of food places nearby, Camden is famous for its selection of great places to eat, you won’t have any trouble finding a cafe for breakfast or dinner.
