There are loads of events that you could get involved in. Here is an outline with links for further information:
June 2 - Major Rally in Rostock
Tens of thousands people will gather in the city centre of Rostock to send their message to the G8 leaders: Another World Is Possible!
From 11am, music, speeches and entertainment will start at two different meeting points. There will be two different marches which converge on final big rallying point , which will take place Rostock harbour starting at 4pm.
As students we will form a block in the demo, marching to send a signal to the G8 for immediate and concrete action on climate change, HIV/AIDS and Global Justice.
June 3 - Join our Human Banner!
To draw the attention to the urgency to act to avoid dangerous climate change, Greenpeace is planning an action to take place before a music and entertainment program starts at Rostock harbour. We will send a symbolic message to the G8 in the form of a human banner.
