People and Planet is a national organisation and is the largest student net-work in Britain. The main campaigning aims of the group are: to alleviate poverty, defend human rights and protect the environment.

Each group chooses what they want to campaign about and at the moment our main focus is on the National ‘ Go Green campaign’. More information on this campaign can be found on the People and Planet website:

We have fun meetings once a week, where we decide what to campaign on and are often making things such as Fairtrade Fortnight banner and other materials for crazy campaigns, so creative people are always welcome!!
