Review progress:
At the end of the first term, do a quick review to see how things are going. Celebrate and publicise your successes so people can see that you’re making real progress. Plan the next steps, then go back to step 4 and continue the dialogue and action.
End of the year:
Now re-do the carbon audit in the area you’ve been working on to see if the campaign has succeeded in meeting the reduction target. Once again publicise your progress and celebrate your success!
