Sign them up
We need a No.1 contact. They will be our link between the People & Planet support office and your group. They will pass on info about all the latest campaigns, actions, events and volunteer opportunties to the office and keep us up to date with what’s new in your group. Get the new committee to fill out this form or you can do it on their behalf.

Freshers’ packs
Get loads of new students signed up at your freshers fair with the help of our brand spanking new freshers pack. These enticing bundles will each include:
- a copy of the new People & Planet magazine crammed with celeb interviews and practical/creative articles about campaigning
- the latest campaign materials
- some delicious ethical treats
- Along with these packs for new members, we willl send advice and support for the new committee on how to run a fantastic freshers’ week and have a great year of campaigning.

How to pay?
Pay now if you have any money left in your account this year this is a great thing on which to spend it. Either pay now (by choosong how many you want and clicking the add to basket button to the right and paying by card) or request an invoice to get your Student Union to pay from either the SU account or what is left in your society account this year.
Order them now So that your group doesn’t miss out on these great resources you can order them now and pay when you get the money back at the freshers fair, it is important for groups to fill this out so we know how many you want. Please fill out the blue form on the right
Celebrate your success
We want to hear all about what you’ve been up to, so please tell us here, by filling out the term report. This helps us to learn about group activities and what we could do better in supporting you.
Pass on your wisdom
The new committee will benefit from any knowledge and experience that you have gained about how to run the society. This might involve organising a special handover meeting. At the meeting, you can;
- make sure new people take up specific roles in the group
- explain what these roles involve
- give them tips on how to take the group forward next year.
