Devin Dunseith
I am passionate about student campaigning and, having been involved in P&P Edinburgh and other campaigning groups, have gained valuable experience that I could use in fulfilling the role and would now like to get more deeply involved in the national structure of P&P. I also intend to help make Scotland more prominent on the P&P map to ensure we use all campaigning avenues possible.
Rachel McCarthy
I have always been inspired by moral issues, especially in the struggle against global poverty, but I’ve realised how this passion has grown much deeper through being active in Lancaster People & Planet. By taking part in The Wave and Copenhagen, I’ve seen that the best way to try to bring about change is through people movements, and so I would be honoured to build communication with fellow P&Pers.
Thank you for everyone who voted or nominated themselves. If you are interested in volunteering for People & Planet we have plenty of exciting roles for you to build up your skills and meet some amazing people. All volunteer roles will go live next week.
