Chipping Campden P&P planning a Fairtrade Fortnight extravaganza
The group are planning to build on their coffee morning success with a full two weeks of Fairtrade madness.

Chipping Campden school People & Planet group have got serious plans for Fairtrade Fortnight, and no-one’s going to stop them! With barely time to draw breath from their hugely successful Fairtrade coffee mornings, the group have got something planned for every single day of Fairtrade Fortnight.
The group number one contact, Matt McMullen, sent us this email:
” Just emailing to list what we have been planning for what we think will be a massive FT14 at CCS.

- 25th Feb- Stall- Big stall in entrance hall. Taster, info and colourful box vending machine with Dom inside serving FT products
- 26th Feb- Hand Printing- Invite all students to show their support by printing their hands on a sheet that will have “We support Fairtrade” on it. We then hang the sheet up.
- 27th Feb- Film- a short Fairtrade film
- 28th Feb- Stall- Reinforce message/slight rest
- 29th Feb- Face Painting- Fairtrade marks on students cheeks
- 3rd March- Stall/Vending machine
- 4th March- Banana Stunt- Giant gorilla suits and bananas for sale.
- 5th March- Film- another short film session
- 6th March- Stall/Vending machine
- 7th March- Poster competition (cloth designs- will become bag or a giant patch work at the end) + Sixth form non school uniform (have to wear Green, blue or black)
Throughout the week there will also be daily FT facts in the bulletin that is read in all tutor groups. And also info on the screens placed all around school. We will also heavily promote events so we get a massive turnout.
