Green Curry Nights aren't just for Go Green Week
Go Green Week may have finished, but that doesn't mean you can't hold a Green Curry Night. Check out what Cardiff Uni P&P did.
Go Green Week may have passed (if you missed it check out what went on, but that doesn’t mean you can’t hold a Green Curry Night.
Get your group to together with some friends (and their friends and their friends…) for an evening of fun, food and fundraising for P&P.
Here’s what Amy Hall from Cardiff Uni P&P had to say about their amazing Green Curry Night during Go Green Week:
“We decided to hold a yummy Go Green Curry Night as part of our Go Green Week as it was a great way of raising money and having loads of fun.
There are strict rules on food in our students’ union so we decided to hold it in an accommodating P&Per’s house. We used the official recipe from Allegra McEvedy, making a fantastic and really tasty curry. The night was made it into a bit of a social with wine and films.
In the end we managed to raise £40 for P&P which doesn’t sound like much, but it was easy to do and if every group did it we’d all raise thousands of pounds.”
Emma West, another member of Cardiff Uni P&P said:
“This is such a great way to raise money. It was fun to do and nobody can say no to a good curry!”
