Do you deserve a Green Gown Award?
Each year the Green Gown Award recognise and celebrate environmental excellence and good practice by unis, colleges and their students. Nominations for 2010 close on Feb 19th and we're pretty sure your Go Green campaigns deserve a nomination.
Nominations close on 19 February 2010
Has your university or college, your student union or your P&P group done something amazing to go green in the last year? If so, you should nominate them or yourself for a Green Gown Award 2010.
Each year People & Planet’s Go Green campaign and Green League table push the HE sector’s environmental performance higher and higher. But none of that would happen without your campaigns and projects in your unis, schools and colleges.
Why not celebrate the achievements of your group or your environmental manager by applying for an award this year? It could be just the thing to make your VC or Principal sit up and take notice, or just a great way to reward everyone who’s out their time and effort into helping your uni or college to go green.
Nominations close on 19 February - so hurry up and get your forms in.
