You’ve seen the news. You know people making clothes, cotton, coke and computers for our use are often treated badly. Poverty wages, physical abuse, 16 hour days and denial of union rights are just the start. But what can we do about it?

Creative campaigning for human rights

Campaigning can be fun and practical. Get those creative juices flowing and help fight for human rights.

  • Can you make a video, do spoken word, create campaign banners, sing or rap? If so come to this fast-paced workshop and get inventive.

  • Together we’ll make music, and a video which will be shown later in the event and featured on our website.

This workshop is for you. A live video link up with Maritza Vargas, a FEDOTRAZONAS union activist from Domincan Republic, followed by a workshop on how you can fight for hers and others’ rights on your campus.
