What is Shared Planet?
Shared Planet is the UK’s biggest gathering of students taking action for global justice.
The event brings together those who are leading groups and campaigns at their universities and colleges together with campaigners, politicians and journalists from across the UK and around the world. It is a chance for these young activists to learn; to be trained, inspired and empowered; and to plan their own campaigns for the year ahead.
Speakers at recent conferences have included George Monbiot, Caroline Lucas,Tony Benn, Zac Goldsmith, Kumi Naidoo, Harriet Lamb, Tony Juniper, leading activists from Burmese democracy movements, First Nation Canadian environmental movements and Honduran sweat shop workers.
Sponsorship options
We can offer a cracking sponsorship package to suit your needs and budget. Outlined below are our main packages but we are also happy to discuss other ideas you might have.
Sponsorship options:
Full exclusive sponsorship: £10,000 – with this package, you will be the primary sponsor of the event, with joint branding displayed prominently on conference publicity, our website and on the main stage throughout the conference. We’ll also throw in a free stall.
Joint sponsorship: for £5,500 you can be one of two sponsors of the event. This would provide all of the benefits of the above but your would be alongside another partner. We are happy to talk about ways to ensure the other partner is appropriate to your brand.
We also have other opportunities available to sponsor specific elements of the event, including the party on Saturday night.
