What is a campaign?
City of London School
The P&P group at City of London School ran a campaign with the aim of raising awareness of the expanding range of Fairtrade goods. Their objectives were to get the school to stock Fairtrade sports balls and to show other students in the school what was available.
A campaign can be defined as a series of actions which work toward a clear aim.
The individual actions you do as a group might fulfill individual objectives but they should all work towards this aim.
In order to run a good campaign it is important to pay careful attention to:
- what you’re actually trying to achieve
- prior planning
- working together as a group
