Step It Up @ Bali

Action Expired - 15 December 2007

From 3 to 14 December 2007, politicians from across the world met in Bali, Indonesia at the UN Climate Change Conference. We demanded that our leaders came home from Bali with more than a suntan; we wanted concrete steps towards a fair and binding international agreement to fight climate chaos.

Young people are amongst most affected by the consequences of climate change. Decisions made (or not made) by politicians and industry will have severe effects on the lives of our and future generations. Students from all over the world came to take action and demand that world leaders Step It Up @ Bali.

People & Planet created a massive foot petition calling on world leaders to take urgent action.
