What is The Forum?

The Forum is a chance for school, college and university students from People & Planet groups across the UK to come together to decide what People & Planet will be doing for the next year.

What are the key decisions?

Times they are a’ changin’ and we need to change with ‘em. Your creativity and ideas are essential to make sure People & Planet continues to run world changing campaigns. At The Forum this year its time to:

• Choose a new campaign theme to replace climate change from September 2011

• Decide the future of The Forum itself

• Ask how student led People & Planet really is and come up with real ideas for how to shake it up

• Launch the online election of our new student directors the People & Planet Management Committee

• And much more including discussions of direct action, communicating campaigns and making money to fund our awesome network

Fun fun fun

As well as have a say in the big decisions of the day, there will be plenty of time to meet and hang out with loads of passionate young campaigners. The lively debates will be broken up by fun and games in Regents Park followed by a party and entertainment in the evenings.
