Have you got the experience and skills to support student trustees who lead the organisations?
If so we want to hear from you. Our ideal candidate is committed to working for a fairer, juster world. As we are looking for a treasurer we are seeking an individual with a good understanding of Charity and Company finance, budgets, management accounts, fundraising, governance and relevant legislation.
We particularly encourage applications from disabled people, working class people and people of colour as these groups are underrepresented throughout the environmental campaigning sector.
How to Apply and Information
This role will entail participating meetings on Saturdays four times a year, three online and one in person. As Treasurer you will also have regular finance meetings with the Finance Manager and Co-Director Operations, be prepared to ask the right questions to ensure accountability and be expected to support trustees to understand financial issues. The term of a non student trustee is three years.
