Advance Notice Artwork Packages £400
These include the institution’s overall score, position in the ranking and degree classifications ahead of publication. Advance Notice Artwork packages are for internal use only and must not be published before the day of the People & Planet University League publication. Purchase of these packages will therefore require the university to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
These will be available after 2024/25 assessment is complete during the autumn 2024
Ethical Careers & Recruitment Section Consultation [Free]
As our most recent criteria section addition to the methodology, free consultancy is available to universities who wish to understand further how to pick up marks in this section. This will include a virtual meeting, example policies and proofreading of draft policies.
Internal Policy Review Package
The Internal Review Package provides recommendations for improving scores and accessibility of evidence, which can be tailored to specific sections. The cost is £250 per section and includes:
- Recommendations on accessibility and organisation of evidence.
- Thorough review of evidence.
- Recommendations given on how to improve scores in the 2024/25 People & Planet University League.
- A Section Recommendation Report for each section reviewed summarising suggested changes.
The review is entirely separate from assessment and does not exempt universities from full participation in the assessment and appeals periods. A number of terms and conditions apply, including the signing of an non-disclosure agreement. Contact universityleague@peopleandplanet.org to discuss this consultancy service further.
Award Class Artwork £120
Custom 'badges' with your university's name and its award class for the 2024/25 academic year will be available for £120 after the 2024/25 publication date. The graphic is provided with 3 distinct sizes to suit a range of display sizes. Only 2023/24 badges are available prior to the 2024/25 publication.
Category Artwork £120
Categories are sub-divisions of the People & Planet University League disaggregated by university type (e,g Russell Group), or location (e.g Wales). Custom 'badges' with your university's name and ranking in the top 10, top 5 or 1st place of each category will be available for £100 after the 2021 publication date. All badges will be for the 2021/2022 academic year. The graphic is provided with 3 distinct sizes to suit a range of display sizes. Only 2019 badges are available prior to the 2021 publication.
Section Artwork £120
For the first time, the People & Planet University League can be disaggregated to see universities' performance in each section. Custom 'badges' with your university's name and ranking in the top 10, top 5 or 1st place of each section will be available for £120 after the 2024/25 publication date. The graphic is provided with 3 distinct sizes to suit a range of display sizes. Only 2023/24 badges are available prior to the 2021 publication.
It is possible to request badges made by section and category (e.g 1st Place for Carbon Reduction in Wales), however these will be produced at People & Planet's discretion and we reserve the right to refuse badges to any university on any grounds.
Full Data Package £950
Each year's data is in a spreadsheet with all the scores for every question and every university in it. This makes it possible for teams to analyse their university in the full context of the sector; identify outliers; compare universities; identify areas for improvement and celebrate areas the university stands out.

Individual Data Package £450
Purchase the spreadsheets for the last 3 People & Planet University Leagues with all the scores for every question for your university only. This makes it possible for teams to analyse their performance against previous years. It should be noted that the methodology changes incrementally each year, so some questions will not be direct comparisons.

People & Planet University League Introductory Webinar £120
Following multiple requests in our feedback questionnaire, People & Planet is now offering a 1hour webinar with a university sustainability department in which we will provide an overview of the marking process and substantial time dedicated to answering questions from your team. Please note this is not a service for providing action points on increasing scoring.
